Booking conditions

A reservation becomes valid upon receipt of the deposit equal to 25% of the rent. If canceled up to 2 weeks before the reservation date, the deposit will be charged and returned. If canceled less than 14 days in advance, the entire accommodation cost will be charged.

Arrival and Departure

The check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is until 11 a.m. on the morning of departure. Please contact us if you require an exception to this rule.

Parking spaces are available for guests on the premises.

Reservation for dinner

As we use fresh local produce and serve homemade dishes, we ask that you reserve your dinner at least 24 hours in advance. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please let us know.

Our home

The Villa Romaine is a beautiful private estate and is also our home. We ask that you treat it with the same respect.
